I'm trying to print out a picture on a 4x6 piece of paper, it will cut the picture off. I've even tried making the size bigger and it just won't seem to work. I can print a 4x6 on a regular sheet of paper, I just don't know why it won't work on a 4x6! Any help ??

Your printer must be able to handle "bleed" where it prints to the edge of a paper.
Most printers have a margin where the printer needs to grip the paper. But some printers now are able to print a picture with bleed where the image goes all the way to the end.
If your printer can handle printing a picture that bleeds to the edge, then make sure your have it on a setting that tells the printer to do that.
