Can you buy ink for a HP Photosmart 3210 all-in-one that does not smear when it gets wet?

Answers:
Sorry, inkjet ink is water-based. Epson DuraBrite ink has water- and fade-resistant qualities, but can't produce the wide range of colors that other inks can.

HP recommends using their Advanced Photo Paper for "water- and smudge-resistant" printing. Not saying I do, saying THEY do.

You can also buy sprays for protecting inkjet-generated photos, that provide acid-free, UV blocking, waterproof protection.
If it is smearing bad (small drops of water ruining the page) you may want to try other paper. If that does not work laminate your papers. To directly anwser your question, I do not believe they make waterproof ink.
