i followed all the steps requested and when i choose plain paper, the printout is completely white while when chosing other like t-shirt, the printout is good but in other color. What might be the problem and how can I solve it. thank your for your help

it's not the paper selection that is making it not print in black, it's the ink cartridge selection. On my printer, there is a place to select either color or black, and a different place to select plain paper or premium papers. Make sure along with choosing plain paper you are also selecting black ink.
Your black printer cartridge is probably empty
Depending on what type of printer you have, some printers have ink levels that are monitored by the software.
Replace it.
If the black is empty it will continue to printer but in color. No black will be printed.
