How can i fax using just my canon mp 150 printer and my computer?

You can send faxes through the Internet with an Online fax service. Faxes will be sent/received in your email inbox. Take a look at MyFax, http://www.myfax.com
First you are going to have to scan and save as a .tif file. You then need an intermet fax service you can send through.
