I have a Epson CX6000,and I loaded the envelope correctly,I have the document ready to print,and I followed the directions on properties:letter size,landscape mode,and previewed it.And it still prints the envelope the wrong direction.Can anyone provide step by step directions? Thanks.

It is possible that the printer automatically rotates envelopes. Maybe the mode should be portrait.
In your paper selection area you also have to alter the setting to print on envelopes. There should be an assortment of sizes to choose from. This will ensure the print is centered and aligned properly.
The paper selection can be found in your print properties. Occasionally for envelopes you will have to enter the advanced print properties settings. However you do have a relatively new printer. The selection should hopefully be directly under the paper selection.
