My hp printer wont turn on! help?

its a psc 2110v all in one. i dont think its that old.

1.Does the product turn on?
2.Is the scanner glass scratched, broken or dirty?
3.Are the front panel buttons, the LEDs, and the monochrome panel display fully functional?
4.Is there any front panel light indicating an error?
5.Does the unit appear On but frozen?
6.Is the scanner lamp light on?

Have you checked all the cords? Are they all plugged in? Maybe there's something unplugged.
plug it in!
It might be to new or old for your computer or it might not be compatible with the system your running or maybe your computer does not recognize the software. hope it helps!
