Question about refilling ink cartridge?
Answers:
Is it the right refill ink for that printer? Refilling ink will not damage warranty is stated in another answer. Try buying a generic which my guess for black will be around $15.00- $20.00. All major companies will tell you it will damage the warranty just so you spend more money buying there product. Refilling can be messy. Go to a place that will do it for you.
Good Luck

im putting honey down my pants while thinking of this question.
Can't you buy a skinny little dropper from a drugstore and fill that up with the ink? Or maybe a small funnel?
If the syringe dosen't fit then it is very possible you have a cartridge that isn't made to be refilled.
Also, re-filling cartridges can and have been know to damage printers. (be careful if the printer is still under warranty)
What brand ink cartridge do you have? I recently purchased one of these refill kits for a HP cartridge. It came with a small drill which you twirled between your fingers and made a hole in the top of the cartridge. The needle then was inserted thru this hole. Unfortunately, the whole thing was a failure as the ink kept coming out the bottom of the cartridge. I ended up taking the refill kit back for a refund. Suggest you get a generic cartridge or a refilled one from OfficeMax.
