My printer shows as man online and ready but when I hit print I acquire an error message saying communication problem, I follow thier suggestions and it doesnt support

Yes I spent an hour and half online ending night beside Dell Support, now it works great.
It have something to do with the problems the other light of day from the downloading of the new Mcafee programs.
