Can I buy gold ink for my printer?
Answers:
no, if you want you can print plain gold color onto your paper but not metallic. try gold leaf paper. you just rub or write on the other side of the gold leaf then the gold sheet will stick onto your paper.
buy it at leading bookstores. it is very pretty.
not truly gold, that effect isn't done using gold ink or a printer.
you can print a 'gold' colour, but it will not be bright, shiny, or reflective - for that you need embossing and/or gold leaf:

No you can't it doesn't exist neither does silver ink gold prints as yellow and silver as grey sorry mate.
You can experiment with what appears to look gold when it's printed but if you can pick up a cheap laser printer and visit your local craft shop, you can get the gold leaf effect.
First you print your invites normally. You may choose inkjet as this is a bit more durable.
Then reprint using the laser to put a border around the invite and any scrolls or embellishments.
Your local craft shop or stationers should be able to get you gold sheaf or gold embossing type paper. You cut off tiny pieces and stick them over the laser printing and then print a blank sheet while feeding the invite through again. The gold stick only to the laser printed areas and gives you a shiny gold effect.
No. But you can print the colour gold. On plain paper it look dull. But if you print it on glossy paper it will...shine :-)
