Can th canon printer PIXMA MP530 ink cartridges be refilled?

Yes.. You can purchase a Universal Inkjet refill system.
Follow the instructions.
All cartridges can be refilled. They simply punture a hole into the cartrage, fill it with ink and seal the hole back up. You can even do this yourself a lot cheaper.
Yes it is possible and apparently also quite easy.
