I went to Wal-Mart today and wanted to by printer ink. They only had 16 black and 26 color. But I usually get 17 and 27. But the 16 and 26 cost more. Does the 16 and 26 provide more ink or better quality, or is it just a scam?
My printer can handle both printer inks.

The 17 is a scam. It has half the ink for 3/4 the price.
I would always for for the 16 and 26 computer as you are getting more ink for less money.
a 16 and 26 are comparable to buying 2 each of the 17 and 27.
17 use less ink so it last longer.And while at walmart get a refill kit and do 3 black for 9.99.
