when i go to install my printer it saying it dose not have proper hard ware but when i go to the device manger there are 5 different printer on there i deleted them and tryed again it dose the same thing all over again i have the disk but it wont run for some reason

formally remove all printers you are not using by uninstalling them. Make sure printers are unhooked
Reboot.
Install software for HP 1400 (you can download it from HP.com)
Only connect printer at the point in installation where you are advised to.
Reboot.
