Hp psc 1400v adjectives within one printer HELP PLEASE?

when i shift to install my printer it saying it dose not hold proper hard ware but when i move about to the device manger there are 5 different printer on in attendance i deleted them and tryed again it dose indistinguishable thing adjectives over again i have the disk but it wont run for some common sense

formally remove all printers you are not using by uninstalling them. Make sure printers are unhooked

Reboot.

Install software for HP 1400 (you can download it from HP.com)

Only connect printer at the point surrounded by installation where you are advise to.

Reboot.
