I recently installed new ink cartridges for my brother mfc3240C yet when I try to print a document, it says "near black empty" when it's not. I've done 2 test prints and all the ink colors are okay but then, it's the yellow that's not working. how can i fix this?

it is called error 41 which is a sensor/printhead. I work in a repair shop and tons of brother colours have came back for that reason. Take it in for warranty work. They shouldnt charge you for it
