Is there any way i can get art onto my computer without a scanner?

You can always try to draw it on the computer, but it won't be as good. You have to have a scanner to get art onto the computer. You can always go over to a friend's house and use theirs. Copy it to a disc and take it back to your house. You can use the disc to copy more art onto it whenever you need to.
No. Stop being cheap. Just by a scanner.
I don't see any other way of doing it for your custom art other than using someone else's scanner and sending it to yourself in email.
