Does the fujitsu 4120 scanner require loading software?

I have a Fujitsu 4120c2 scanner and i need to know if i have to have the driver software or if it is a plug and play scanner?

You will need to load the drivers in and then the software if there is any, The best thing to do is if you dont have a drivers disk is to go to the Manufactures website and get the drivers there. If your running windows VISTA, make sure you have the VIsta driver for it.
You will need the drivers at least to run the scanner... If you don't have the install disks that came with the scanner, down load the drivers from the Fujitsu web site...
