I have an epson stylus cx 6400 and i tried copying an image onto my PC but it won't scan onto the PC?

What can I do or any other solution urgent help please. Thanks

If your saying it scans but will not save, then scan Image, after it is scanned go to file, and "SAVE AS" name the file and save it to your documents and it should be there.
