I enjoy an epson stylus cx 6400 and i tried copying an carving onto my PC but it won't scan onto the PC?

What can I do or any other solution urgent comfort please. Thanks

Answers:
If your saying it scan but will not save, afterwards scan Image, after it is scanned move about to file, and "SAVE AS" identify the file and put aside it to your documents and it should be there.
