I am having trouble using my HP All-in-one scanner? What do I need to do to use this with my yahoo?

HPs are tricky to install. If you connect the USB cable at the wrong point in the installation process, it just won't work. SO the thing to do is first, disconnect the USB cable from the computer, then use add/remove programs to remove the software, then (very important) restart your computer.
Then put the HP CD back in, run the install, and only plug in the USB cable when the software tells you to.
