I installed a digital camera,i installed the drive that came with it, and when i try to get the pictures from my phone to the computer i get a TWAIN error. Why is it doing this?

TWAIN stands for technology without an interesting name and is a standard interface for transferring data between imaging devices and computers.
There is actually a Twain Driver (not I'm not being funny) for most devices like cameras etc.
try ensuring you have the latest drivers installed for your camera on your system ,the website of the camera maker may have updated drivers or a support page.
