I have a scanner- Hp Scanjet 4370 and I'm following the directions to scanning a picture, but when it come son screen there are lines on them and the picture behind. How do I get rid of the lines?
Answers:
1, make sure scanner glass is clean, or clean it with dry cloth.
2, Are you scanning 100% only or zooming alot into the image? Cause if you're zooming into the paper abit, it might not be too clear.. unless its photo Quality..
Try keep the scanning Quality Pixels high..
im not sure u can i have the same one and ive had the same problem i just wouldnt wrry about them
