HOW DO i MOVE PIC. FROM MY DOC. TO JPEG FILE?

Even your pic. in a .doc file is more than likely .jpg.
Right-click on the pic. "Save image as." .jpg to My Pictures.
just right-clike on the pic and choose copy then go to ms-paint and paste the pic and save it as jpeg format.
