Installing xp?

can you install win xp on a computer that is not on line yet?

Answers:
Yes, of course.

But you'll have to go online within 30 days to 'Activate' and 'Register' Windows. Unless you activate your software, a lot of features won't work later.

Also, it's best if you install your anti-virus software and firewall before you go online.

The first thing you should do after you do go online is register your software. Then, next, immediately go to Microsoft's Windows Update to get all the updates (especially "Security" and OS) for your machine.
Yes... You do not need internet access to install and operating system as far as I am aware
YES you can
yes u dont have register u rproduct, in fact most people dont because it doesnt really do anything for u
You can install it no problem but you will need the net to activate it later.
Yea you can install it

*Check Requirements
*Download any Service PACKS Needed
of course, but windows will go on about how great it is to be online and crap like that , never mind it. Just be aware if your offlinf you will get no updates, this would be important in the future if you were to go online - just remember the windows update if you ever go online.
