Will doing windows one care clean up scan??

No it lets you review what items it has cleaned up,it is very safe to use and creates a restore point if things do go wrong.

Try using CCleaner (http://www.ccleaner.com). This removes all unwanted files. A friend told me to use it and I got 2.5gb of hard disk space back. Works a treat.
