I know what you propose. You should go to their website and look for their contact phone number. Call them and ask for the salvage disks. It's about $16 beside shipping and tax. Delivery is 8 days via UPS. ($23, shipping 2 days). The taking back disks will fully erase your harddrive so all problems will be fixed. The drivers are within the disk, too. Hope this helps answer your interview.
