I know what you mean. You should go to their website and look for their contact phone number. Call them and ask for the recovery disks. It's about $16 with shipping and tax. Delivery is 8 days via UPS. ($23, shipping 2 days). The recovery disks will fully erase your harddrive so all problems will be fixed. The drivers are in the disk, too.
