How do I scan and send a pichter on email?

Scan the picture, save it as a .jpg file then email the file you saved.
'bout as simple as I can make it. Maybe someone else can offer you an easier method.

I've never heard of a "pichter", but assuming you mean picture - first you get the picture put on a scanner, then use the scanner software to scan it into a graphic file. Save the graphic file, and then email it as an attachment. You do, of course, need a scanner and an email account for this to work.
Depending on your email program. Click "compose" or "write"-write your email as usual, then look for a button called "attatchments", click that then browse to the folder on your computer where the picture is located and select it, click "open" then "send" and that's it!

did you mean picture? you will need a scanner. then scan the picture by that scanner and save it as a jpeg file. then in you email "attach" the file as an attachment. and send it to the address you want to as normally you do.
ok, well, you scan it, using the software provided with your scanner, preferably on 150dpi setting, and color picture setting. just make sure the picture isnt larger than 2mb, otherwise it takes too long to mail.

WTF is pichter?????????... If you mean PICTURE, you click "attach" (on email) and then it takes you to your pictures. then click open and the receiver will get it :) WTF is pichter?????????...
