How do I get a Lexmark X1185 scanner to work if I don't have a disk? My computer is a Compaq. Thanks.?

Easy go to the Lexmark website and look for the model number, from there you can get the driver and most likely the whole software that was originally bundled with the scanner otherwise you can always try DRIVERGUIDE.COM.
just download the driver for your printer from the lexmark site to your computer. here is a link

go to the lexmark site and search their downloads for drivers, it should be there, have all your info for the scanner handy to fill in the form
