I have an HP 3-in-1. When I decided to use the scanner, nothing worked, and the manual is impossible. Maybe it's me. The material I want to scan is printed pages (all black & white). Can anyone "walk me through" on how to use the scanner?

i have the same thing hp 3-in-1 and i can't scan using the hp program so i do it manually. Do this:
Turn the scanner on then go to>My Computer and in the bottom you'll see your scanner double click it and select>Microsoft Scanner and Camera Wizard and then click next and the scanner screen will come out, then you just select an option like picture or text and you scan it.
is easy just hit the scan button and let ur computer do the rest.
What do u mean nothin worked. is there an error message? no power, flashing lights or what?
